Do you cater for different dietary requirements?

Yes, absolutely! At OA Sport, we understand the importance of providing options that cater to various needs, and as such, we offer a wide selection of choices to accommodate the following dietary requirements: vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free and more. If you have specific questions about the allergens in any of our dishes, please reach out to a member of the team for more information.

Do you offer Halal options?

We do offer halal options, and we are more than happy to provide halal meat if we are given advance notice. However, it's important to note that while we make efforts to prevent cross-contamination, we do not operate a fully halal-friendly kitchen. This means there might be a chance of cross-contamination with non-halal ingredients during the preparation process.

What time does the bar stop serving?

The bar is open 12pm-12am Friday’s & Saturday’s and 12pm-11pm Sunday - Thursday.

Do you welcome children?

Families and children of all ages are welcome to dine with us and attend functions and events at all times. 

Do you welcome dogs?

We do not permit dogs or other animals anywhere on the grounds or inside the pavilion.  As much as we’d love to welcome your furry friends, we are a professional rugby club and can’t risk any damage to our pitches. 

Do you have car parking?

We have a large carpark with over 100 spaces which is free to park in overnight.

Do you offer free Wi-Fi?

We offer unlimited free Wi-Fi.

What is your minimum and maximum capacity at events?

We have the flexibility to accommodate various guest sizes, ensuring a memorable experience for everyone. For standing events, such as birthday parties, our venue can cater for up to 250 guests. If you're planning a more formal gathering like a seated meal or wedding, we can comfortably host a maximum of 125 guests.

Can I extend the bar license to stay open later?

The bar license can be temporarily extended to 1am on Friday’s and Saturday’s for an additional fee.  Please discuss this with our Events Manager.

Do you have baby change facilities? 

Yes.

What is your cancellation policy?

Event deposits are non refundable.  Full details of our cancellation policy can be found in our terms and conditions.

Can I use my own suppliers/catering?

We are proud to offer a range of services, including catering, decorations, entertainment, DJ, security services and more.  While we are happy to coordinate with your preferred suppliers for decorations and entertainment, please note that for insurance purposes, we are unable to permit outside catering. All food consumed at the event must be prepared by OA Sport, with the exception of cake.
